What to Include in a Custom Lettering Order
A custom tire lettering order needs a specification that someone else can reproduce without guessing. The phrase “four tires, white letters” leaves the wording, dimensions, number of arcs and graphic orientation unresolved. Write the order as a list of finished pieces, then compare that list with the production proof.
Start with the exact artwork
Type the wording exactly as it should appear, including capitalization, spaces and punctuation. Attach the approved logo file when a graphic is involved. If the file contains several versions, identify one version by filename or revision number. A screenshot can explain the appearance you want, but it should not silently replace the approved artwork.
Describe color by element when the design contains more than one color. “Red and white” does not establish which letters, stripes or flags use each color. If matching a physical reference matters, settle that reference before approving production.
Specify the finished dimensions
Record both character height and overall artwork dimensions. A stripe, flag or logo can extend beyond the letters, while a long word can exceed the available arc even when its height looks suitable. Include units and ask whether the quoted width describes a straight artwork measurement or a curved layout.
Provide the actual tire brand, model, size and placement measurements separately. Those inputs describe the intended application; they do not replace the supplier's dimensional proof.
Count pieces by wheel position
The following is an illustrative order structure, not a statement about any particular kit:

This example requires four upper wordmarks and two lower slogans. It does not require eight identical pieces. List spares separately so they cannot be mistaken for pieces intended for installation.
Resolve what comes with the order
Check the current listing or written quote for preparation materials, bonding materials and application instructions. Keep these entries separate from the artwork quantity. Do not assume that two products described as sets contain identical accessories.
